PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our team, partnering with a world leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll support integrated supply chain operations that power production across multiple airplane programs. From forecasting and planning to supplier coordination and data analysis, your expertise will help ensure efficient material flow and on-time delivery of components critical to aerospace innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Incorporate change and planning decisions to develop optimal supply chain solutions.
• Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination and execution across the global supply chain.
• Analyze material requirements and verify Bills of Material and schedules for production planning.
• Initiate, coordinate, and authorize order releases based on system requirements and resource availability.
• Track and ensure on-time delivery, documenting and resolving order discrepancies.
• Manage inventory plans—optimizing levels, analyzing excess, and controlling costs.
• Develop and maintain process improvements to enhance materials management performance.
• Support the creation of new business proposals through estimates and scheduling input.
• Utilize databases and data visualization tools such as Tableau to improve reporting and analysis.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management.
• 3+ years of experience with supply chain forecasting and Bill of Materials interpretation.
• 3+ years of experience using ERP systems (such as SAP or equivalent).
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working directly with suppliers or in supplier management.
• Proficiency with data tools such as Tableau or Access.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred (or relevant military experience).

Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
