Job Title: Supply Flexible Teacher
Location: Christchurch, Dorset
Salary: £93 – £140 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025

This is the perfect role for professionals seeking the flexibility to work in a variety of settings while contributing to the academic growth of students.About the Role:
As a Supply Flexible Teacher, you will step into classrooms across different year groups and subjects within schools. Your role will be to deliver engaging lessons and provide support to students, ensuring their learning continues smoothly when their regular teacher is absent.Key Functions of the Role:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and guidelines.
• Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment that motivates students to participate and progress.
• Manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere at all times.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the varying needs of primary school students, including those with additional needs.
• Follow lesson plans provided or create impromptu lessons when required.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents during short- and medium-term assignments.

Criteria for the Position:

• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, or equivalent).
• Experience in a Primary School Setting: Proven teaching experience in mainstream primary classrooms.
• SEN experience is an added bonus.
• Familiarity with the UK education system and curriculum.
• Strong classroom management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• University students with a passion for teaching and learning are encouraged to get involved.
• Willingness to work on a casual basis with availability to cover at short notice.
• A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring primary school students to achieve their best.
• An updated CV covering last 10 years with every gap explained and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one with GSL Education.
