Pay: Paid to Scale (£31,650 – £43,607 per annum)

• Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive Design & Technology lessons to students in years 7-11.
• Differentiate teaching to support all learners, including those with additional needs.
• Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and student engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and develop curriculum materials.
• Offer constructive feedback and academic support to help students meet their goals.
• Assign homework in line with school policy.
• Participate and effectively use a range of strategies for teaching and classroom management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A genuine passion for Design and Technology and the ability to inspire creativity.
• A proactive approach to ongoing professional development.
