Experienced Teaching Assistants Needed in Fareham!Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the classroom? Teaching Personnel work closely with a number of schools in the Fareham area who are seeking skilled Teaching Assistants to join their teams and support students requiring extra assistance, either in groups or on a 1:1 basis.Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
• Ability to work closely with classroom teachers to support learning and behaviour management.
• Experience working with students who require additional support, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or behavioural challenges.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
• Flexibility to work across different year groups and adapt to varying student needs.
