Technology Implementation Manager

We work a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home); this position is located in our Minneapolis Metro headquarters.

Bunchball, a division of BI Worldwide and an industry-leading gamification SaaS product that combines behavioral economics, big data and game mechanics to engage audiences and inspire behavior change, is seeking a Technology Implementation Manager.

The role will work directly with our customers to gather and define project requirements, including assessment of data capabilities, definition of functionality and content, reporting needs and processing details, and then manage project scope through development.

A successful candidate will have technical aptitude and an analyst skill set (communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, facilitation, project management, analysis and documentation). You’ll maintain a direct relationship with customers, each with unique use cases, making each day a different set of priorities. The ideal candidate will know how to refer to product documentation, stay organized and prioritize multiple deliverables. Familiarity with Rest APIs is a must and previous experience with enterprise software is extremely helpful.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead customer conversations and be able to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Gather and document business requirements for assigned projects.
• Managing the scope and timelines of the project throughout the definition and development period.
• Responsible for the testing process with assistance from QA and Delivery teams.
• Complete system documentation and turn over the project to the Customer Technology Manager after implementation.
• Maintain a close working relationship with internal product teams.
• Identify trends across customers and leverage your intimate product knowledge to assist with feature/function recommendations.
• Work with a cross-functional team to develop and execute plans to test, validate Application setup and improve internal processes.
• Lead and provide improvement recommendations on business processes.
• Train customers on the use of the Nitro product and studio admin.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to analyze business problems both strategically and technically to prescribe optimal approaches to solving problems.
• Exceptional presentation skills and can speak comfortably and persuasively in front of multiple stakeholders at all levels of a customer organization.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including customers, technical teams & executives and adding value at every interaction level.
• Technical skill set that includes troubleshooting bugs with a strong understanding of Rest APIs, JSON and associated tools to interact with the platform.
• Proficiency in Jira and Smartsheet preferred.
• Experience, fluency and the ability to quickly learn software solutions.
• Organization and time management skills.

education & Experience Required:

• 5+ plus years’ business and project management experience.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business; highly preferred.

Base Salary Range: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, and skills.
