In this role, you will supervise and coordinate special activities, recreational programs, and community programs to meet the needs of our ever-changing student population at the Hiram G. Andrews Center. As a Therapeutic Activities Aide, you will provide leadership and guidance for students participating in recreational and therapeutic activities on campus and in the community. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing group programs, special events, and athletic activities that promote social interaction, skill development, and student engagement. You will be expected to ensure safety in all program areas by monitoring behavior, instructing students on the proper use of equipment, and coordinating transportation and supervision for off-campus trips. You will also have the opportunity to encourage participation through problem-solving support and social skills development. Additional responsibilities include:
