ExamWorks is looking for a Traveling Medical Receptionist to join our team!
The Traveling Receptionist reports to the designated office locations and performs a variety of functions to ascertain and organize examinee information and provides support to staff and physicians as needed. position greets and welcomes visitors and completes check-in of all examinees. This position serves as the liaison between examinee and staff, ensures all confidentiality measures are upheld and oversees the lobby at all times. This position acts as assistant to the Clinic Director in addition to normal clinic duties.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday role. Candidate must be available to start as early at 6:00am some days.
