Prosegur Security is looking for Full-Time Unarmed Security Officers in the Lebanon area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. Schedule: 

2nd Shift (3 pm – 11 pm) – Monday through Friday

Job Details

Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security/safety of premises
• Request identification and required documents as per SOP from Truck Driver’s at guard shack entrance.
• Log Truck tags on clipboard/or designated systems
• Must have the ability to walk back and forth from Truck to Guard shack frequently
• Guard, patrol, and monitor industrial or commercial premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance
• Write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports (DARs)
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Monitor for irregular or unusual activity
• Enforce facility and company policies and procedures
• Investigate and prepare reports on incidents

Certification Requirements

• Unarmed Security License

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have one (1) year of experience as a security officer
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
• Prior inbound/outbound truck gate experience preferred
• Prior Access Control experience preferred
• Tech Savvy skills a must
• Must have or be able to obtain a TN State Guard License
