Contract: Self Employed Basis

Shifts: 08:00am – 12:00pm & 13:00pm – 17:00pm

We are recruiting for a Brand Representative/Ambassador dedicated to representing a Vape brand. You will drive brand awareness and product sales through effective communication and building positive relationships with customers.

You will be interacting with customers and encouraging them to trial, sample and purchase products by consulting with them and discussing which products are best suited to their needs.

As the Face of the brand, it will be your responsibility to portray the brand in a professional and positive manner. The successful candidate should act professionally and be always customer friendly, with a helpful, polite and courteous manner in front of all customers.

Activity Overview:

SALES

• Delivering relationships with store managers, constantly improving yours and their knowledge of the brand.

• To maximise sales opportunities by creating an impact with all shoppers. Approach all shoppers with a smile and a benefit statement regarding the Vuse/Velo products. The more customers you approach and help, the more conversions achieved.

• Ensure maximum awareness of the brand within the store – Make sure all the Point of Sales are placed and assisting in promoting and selling the products. Make sure all literature and promotion material are on display at the agreed points.

• Be engaging with customers to explain the different products available and assist them in their sampling and purchasing decisions.

• Complete all customer interactions in line with brand Guidelines.

• To use all the sales tools kit, such as Branded Pop-Up Stand, Roller Banner, Floor Sticker, Leaflets etc.

• Follow key scripts and messages given by the brand encourage conversations with confirmations.

REPORTING

• To monitor own performance against shift target.

• Take sole responsibility of your assets provided by the company.

• Opportunity to win bonuses based on targets achievements.

• Accurately complete and submit reports.
