Seeking a self-motivated team member and good communicator to join our team.

Requirements :

• A minimum of 3 years TIG/MIG welding experience in a shop type environment.
• Use TIG and/or MIG welding to maintain/produce a level of output that will minimize production delays and maximize production.
• Must have strong background and experience in using a variety of fabrication tools.
• Ability to weld vertical, flat and overhead welds with a good penetration and a quality appearance.
• Produce strong penetrated welds that are smooth, non-porous, and consistent
• Weld parts per shop routings.
• Must be able to read a print.
• Ability to read a tape measure and angle finders.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds +.
• Operate the equipment in a safe manner and report hazards to the Production Manager.
• Follow required procedures and use appropriate jigs and fixtures to assist in the assembly process.
• Cleans and maintains an orderly work area.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain a professional environment.
• Self-motivated, team member and good communicator..
• Ability to meet/exceed goals.
• Follow both written and verbal instruction, with the ability to retain information
