Project Name: Juniper Canyon Repower

Project Location: Bickleton, WA

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF position

Responsible for the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts.

The base compensation range for this role is $26.50- $56.10 per hour. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skill and experience with consideration given to internal equity.

• Performance should meet or exceed the established standards, goals, and accountabilities of the position

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Loading and unloading equipment
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding (5X7X16) and staging
• Level ground for scaffolding
• Tend mortar and grout
• Lift, unload, move, set, shovel mortar and grout between wheel barrows and buckets
• General cleanup and clearing of debris, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and unloading or burning debris
• Placing, pushing, pulling and shoveling concrete
• Vibrating concrete
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work with tools and equipment such as, power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills and jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders and power buggy’s
• Strong teamwork orientation
• Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
• Detail oriented
• Open to change based on diverse input and feedback
• Effectively work with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
• Adaptive, effective communication and active listening skills
• Strong cross-cultural relationship building and influencing at all organizational levels
• Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling over 50 lbs will be done with assistance of another team member or equipment
