Job Summary/Basic Function

Reporting to the Director of International Enrollment Management, the application processor and transcript analyst collects, reviews and assesses applications, transcripts, and related documents for compliance with eligibility for admission. This position is responsible for managing, expediting and maintaining files, records and other documents, and ensures accurate progression of completed files throughout the admission process. Using established protocols and guidelines from the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES), the Association of International Credential Evaluators (AICE) and The Association for International Credential Evaluation Professionals (TAICEP) the transcript analyst processes the foreign transcripts of newly admitted, transfer and readmitted students to determine what credit should be given for courses taken at other institutions and determine equivalencies to US degrees.

Required Education

Bachelor’s or Associates with two years of experience or High School degree (or equivalent) with four years of experience

Required Related Experience

Three years of relevant experience

Desirable Related Experience

Experience in application processing at a university or college

Experience with transcript evaluation

Facility in a language other than English
