Your Role as a Crew Team Member

As a vital part of our restaurant team, you’ll help create an exceptional experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the experience – Engage with guests to ensure they’re having a great visit
• Serving with a smile – Assist customers with ordering and provide menu suggestions
• Preparing quality food – Cook and present delicious McDonald’s menu items
• Maintaining our standards – Help keep the restaurant clean, welcoming, and well-organized
• Being a team player – Collaborate with your teammates to meet goals and create a positive work environment
