Job Title: Customer Service Complaints HandlerLocation: LE19Contract Type: Temp to Perm, 6 months temp.Working Pattern: Full Time Mon-Fri, Office BasedHourly rate: £12.47 an hourThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a well known, prestigious brand.Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries with utmost professionalism and empathy
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, striving for first-call resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience and processes

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, complaint handling experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office
