About RoleWe are recruiting a Halls Manager to join the Residential Services Department at Queen Mary. Responsible for supporting operational delivery across all three QM residential sites, you’ll enhance the experience and support the wellbeing of over 2,000 students living in halls. This role operates on a Sunday to Thursday schedule, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day.As part of the Estates and Facilities Directorate, Residential Services fosters a supportive community for students, promoting their academic and personal growth. You’ll collaborate with various teams to ensure consistently high service standards and compliance. Key responsibilities include maintaining quality service standards, communicating with residents and resolving queries promptly and effectively.If you’re passionate about supporting student life and enhancing community spirit, apply now.About YouThe successful candidate will have recent experience working in student accommodation or a hotel and fully appreciate the importance of giving a first-class customer experience.
