Summary:

We are looking for a janitor/maintenance employee

Qualifications:

• Perform vacant unit preparation including general cleaning of floors, walls, windows,
• light fixtures, cupboards, drawers, toilets, tubs, vent fans, etc.
• Clean appliances (stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, etc.) inside, outside,
• underneath and behind in vacant units.

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM

All Candidates are subject to pre-placement drug screening and a criminal background check.
