🗓️ Start Date: September, PermanentAre you a confident and experienced Project Manager ready to lead the delivery of a high-profile, commercial scheme? We’re working on an exciting new project-steel frame. This project follows the successful completion of works in the same area, and it represents the next stage of a larger, long-term development plan.👷‍♂️ What We’re Looking For:A Project Manager with strong technical capability and the leadership presence to drive the site forward independently. This role requires more than just boots-on-the-ground supervision-you’ll be client-facing, deeply involved in programming, and expected to coordinate closely with the QS team and supply chain.🔧 Key Responsibilities:Lead site delivery from preconstruction to completionDevelop and maintain project programme, coordinating subcontractors and trade packagesAct as the primary point of contact for the client, design team, and site personnelIdentify and advise on buildability and value engineering optionsMaintain a clean, safe, and high-quality site with a focus on sustainabilityFoster long-term relationships to secure future phases of work✅ Background:Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial schemesSkilled in programming and trade coordinationComfortable operating independently and managing project delivery end-to-endFamiliarity with steel frameStrong communication and client management skillsSMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS🌱 Why This Role?This is a rare opportunity to join a team focused on delivering purposeful, design-conscious projects with a collaborative and values-driven approach.
