Our client who is a leader in their field is looking to add to their customer service team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of their products to customers worldwide. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of customer support and service, from processing enquiries and resolving customer issues to coordinating with various departments for efficient problem-solving. You will be responsible for maintaining streamlined operations and ensuring unparalleled customer service and administration.Responsibilities
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
Providing accurate information about products and services
Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
Coordinating with the logistics and production teams to resolve any issues
Prepare commercial invoices for the dispatch of goods
Apply for certificates and export documents for shipping
Monitor order tracking and ensure ex-works order fulfilment.
Liaise with official bodies, courier companies, and customers to guarantee on-time delivery of goods.
Performing general administrative tasks related to customer service
Managing stock levels and informing customers about product availability
Ensuring all customer interactions are logged and tracked appropriately
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills are a must to excel in this role
Effective communication skills to liaise with customers, logistics teams, and other stakeholders
Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and satisfaction surveys professionally and tactfully
Adaptability and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in sales administration and logistics would be advantageous
Education and Experience

Demonstrate a solid background and successful track record in a customer service role
Strong customer service skills
Strong office and administration skills
Intermediate Excel and Word skills, excellent telephone manner
Experience with e-commerce systems, experience of WooCommerce preferred
