Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Sr. ECommerce Marketplace Manager to build, launch, and scale our marketplace estores from the ground up. This role requires deep expertise in developing, operating, and optimizing stores across major marketplaces including eBay, Walmart, Amazon, as well as key players in the independent aftermarket such as Advance Auto and Pep Boys.

The ideal candidate is a passionate team player who thrives on challenges and is driven to grow the MOPAR brand within the rapidly evolving ecommerce ecosystem. This individual must be hands-on, highperforming, organized, and extremely detailfocused, with the ability to lead full lifecycle execution-from business creation and catalog development to customerfacing launch and postlaunch performance optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who brings deep marketplace knowledge, thrives in startupstyle environments, and wants to make a measurable impact on digital growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Development & Execution

  • Build marketplace estores from concept to full customerfacing launch across platforms including eBay, Walmart, Amazon, and independent aftermarket retailers (Advance Auto, Pep Boys)
  • Develop and execute the marketplace gotomarket strategy, including product listings, catalog creation, pricing, content development, promotions, and operational workflows
  • Ensure all marketplace catalog requirements (fitment, attributes, taxonomy, compliance, digital assets, etc.) are met and consistently maintained
  • Lead continuous optimization of marketplace storefronts to maximize conversion, visibility, and sales performance

E-Commerce & Digital Strategy

  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and profitability across all digital channels
  • Manage and optimize the company’s ecommerce website and digital marketing campaigns in partnership with agency teams
  • Analyze web traffic, marketplace analytics, and sales data to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation

CrossFunctional Leadership & Operations

  • Coordinate with product, marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure consistent branding, inventory accuracy, and seamless customer experiences
  • Oversee digital merchandising and ensure alignment with brand standards across all platforms
  • Manage logistics, inventory flow, and fulfillment processes for both marketplace and direct ecommerce channels
  • Drive mobile commerce strategy and ensure optimal user experience across devices

Dealer & Internal Partnership

  • Partner with Stellantis Franchise Dealers to enhance digital retail strategies and integrate dealerfocused ecommerce initiatives
  • Support dealer adoption of digital tools, online retail programs, and performance dashboards

Performance Management & KPI Tracking

  • Achieve consistent monthovermonth and yearoveryear growth in ecommerce and marketplace sales
  • Track and report dealer standards compliance through KPI dashboards
  • Monitor performance metrics across digital channels and dealer platforms to ensure alignment with strategic goals

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Digital Retail, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, or digital retail leadership
  • Proven expertise launching and scaling marketplace stores (eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Advance Auto, Pep Boys)
  • Strong understanding of marketplace requirements including catalog development, taxonomy, fitment data, and compliance
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, PDP optimization, and web analytics tools
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce, Magento, WooCommerce or similar
  • Exceptional analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills
  • Excellent communication, crossfunctional leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple priorities
