We have a highly creative, collaborative team around the world dedicated to innovative problem solving and design excellence.Our Bay Area Lifestyle Studio operates as a boutique practice within the firm, focusing on iconic hospitality and retail projects. As our diverse client base and project work continue to grow, we are seeking a Mid-Level Technical Designer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team.
Your Role
As a Mid-Level Gensler Technical Designer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on retail and hospitality projects and grow with talented designers shaping the future of our built environments. You will work on all phases of design, crafting concepts, and coordinating our designs from construction documentation to construction administration. You are passionate about design, are interested in the details and have an appreciation for the nuances of furniture and finishes.
The ideal candidate combines strong critical thinking skills, technical capability, and a collaborative approach to ensure projects are delivered with design integrity, precision, and efficiency. In this role, you will continue to build on your strengths in design and technical coordination while building strength in client and consultant engagement. Your work ethic, combined with your commitment to collaboration and mentoring, makes Gensler‘s Lifestyle Studio the perfect place to nurture your career.

**The base salary will be estimated between $84,000K- $108,000K plus bonuses and benefits and is contingent on relevant experience.
